- Dr. Shepherd is the founder and President of Inpsyt Inc. He developed the company to improve on the services provided in his practice as a clinical psychologist, which he has been running since 1992 . Dr. Shepherd is responsible for the overall concept of Inpsyt Clinical Systems and the development of all products and services available on the website.
- Ferne Middleton serves as the Administrative Assistant to Dr. Shepherd, providing all office and administrative services for Inpsyt staff and clients. Ferne is the initial contact person for most individuals using the services provided by Inpsyt, in addition to her many responsibilities in maintaining intake, data coding, scheduling and billing services.
- Dr. Carolin Shepherd is a medical doctor in Seaforth, Ontario, where she has run a solo practice for the past 15 years. She is currently the physician advisor for Inpsyt, ensuring that the information provided to clients meets the standards of current medical research and practice.
- Willem Shepherd is the web site designer and technical assistant for Inpsyt. He is involved in the ongoing design and evolution of Inpsyt's web services as well as all hard copy documentation. When Willem is not working for Inpsyt he keeps busy with his courses at Central Huron Secondary School, where he is a grade 12 student.
- Rosaly Flam-Zalcman is responsible for the analysis of data and development of the respective assessment tools provided on this site. Her previous work includes statistical analysis for the Addiction Research Foundation.
